Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Unspoken order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

Because all Unspoken items are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Supported with clear photos of the issue

  • Reported within 14 days of delivery

To start a claim, email us at info@unspokenbrand.com with your order number and photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

If you’re unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it. Otherwise, we are unable to offer size swaps or product changes after an order is placed.


EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard withdrawal (return) right. Since all Unspoken products are created on demand, this right does not apply unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@unspokenbrand.com
